TbaysTerri Bays joined the OpenCourseWare Consortium staff as Special projects manager in 2007, after directing the OpenCourseWare project at the University of Notre Dame since 2006. From September 2008 to July 2009, Terri stepped in as Interim Executive Director of the Consortium. Terri now divides her time between the Consortium and South Bend’s Episcopal Cathedral, where she serves as a priest. Her teaching is in the area of medieval literature. Terri holds a PhD in English literature from UCLA (2000), an MDiv from Berkeley Divinity School at Yale (2012).

Haruo Takemura is a Professor in the Cybermedia Center at Osaka University and the president of the Japan OpenCourseWare Consortium (JOCW). He has been involved since the very early stages of the OCW movement, representing Osaka University as one of six founding member universities of JOCW. He Joined the OCW Consortium Board of Directors in 2012. Prof. Takemura holds a PhD from Osaka University (1987), and his research focuses on Virtual Reality, Collaborative Learning Environments and Human-Computer Interaction.

Willem-OCW

Willem van Valkenburg is the Director of TU Delft OpenCourseWare at Delft University of Technology. He has been involved in the OCW movement since TU Delft joined the OCW Consortium in 2007, and he currently serves as Assistant to the President of the OCW Consortium Board of Directors. Mr. van Valkenburg Holds a Master of Science in System Engineering, Policy Analysis and Management from the Delft University of Technology and his specialties include Educational Technology, Social Media and the Open Education Movement.
